Can I delete my account?
If you would like to delete your account, please contact our customer support by e-mail. Please note that all your data will be deleted in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
Ordering and shipping
Can I change or cancel an order?
A confirmed order can no longer be changed, such as the size or color of an item. However, you can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed.
When will the order be shipped?
Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 5-7 working days from the confirmation date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to check the shipping status online. How high are the shipping costs?

Do you offer international deliveries?

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the courier will usually leave a notification with information about collection or another delivery attempt.
Can the delivery address be changed at a later date?
Once your order has been dispatched, you can no longer change the delivery address. However, you can contact the transport service provider directly and make alternative arrangements for delivery.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer any special gift packaging.
Can I combine several orders?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders at a later date. Each order is processed and dispatched individually.
Payment
How can I pay for the order?
We offer various secure payment methods. All payments are SSL-encrypted. You can pay for your order with a credit card or debit card. The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard®, Maestro®. PayPal is another secure payment method that allows you to pay for your order via your PayPal account. Is the payment secure?
Your transaction and payment information is securely encrypted directly by our payment providers in compliance with strict banking standards. Your credit card information is transmitted directly to the bank and can only be read or viewed by your bank, not by NYUSEKAI.
Are there any additional costs?
The final price is calculated on the basis of the laws and taxes of the country of delivery. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes, which must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Returns and exchanges
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item. Returns should always be agreed in advance with our customer support.
How can I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, you must first return the desired item. As soon as we have received and processed the return, you can place a new order.
What can I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support with a detailed description and photos of the damage. We will organize a return or exchange.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel is lost during shipping, please contact our customer support immediately. We will investigate the case with the transport service provider and find a solution, either through a refund or replacement delivery.
