Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply, due to increased order volume:
- The goods are delivered worldwide.
- Domestic delivery time (Germany): 5 to 7 working days after receipt of order (except pre-order orders)
- Delivery time abroad: 6 to 10 working days after receipt of order (excluding pre-order orders)
- The delivery times for pre-order orders can be found in the product description of the respective article and vary between 4-8 Weeks
- Pre-order orders within the EU do not require additional customs fees and import duties
Please note that some collections may be subject to additional customs and import duties for deliveries abroad. These fees are not included in the stated total price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. The amount of customs duties varies depending on the product, destination country and customs regulations. Please inform yourself about the applicable customs regulations in your country before ordering to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 4 working days, for deliveries abroad within 6 - 10 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in separate shipments unless we have made other arrangements with you.
